I have been coming here from few years now.BEST in the business.I feel comfortable with lovely staff, who are always ready to accomadate your needs. I love that they keep all my Brow details and requests written down so they always get my shape and tint perfect.They do best threading, tinting and lash extension.

Was a customer here last week and left with Conjunctivitis as a result.

Was advised they were running late which was nice of the staff.
I got eyelash extentions which looked nice after but I woke up the following day both blood shot eyes from conjunctivitis and had to attend my GP from drops.
Due to them running late I feel their equipment may not have been cleaned sufficiently or glue needs to be binned.

I've had my brows threaded three times here. The first two times I was very impressed, but I went yesterday morning and was really disappointed. Not only did it hurt more than usual, but the person who did it took far too much off one brow so it looks quite unbalanced with the other. I don't want to take more off the other one to match - I don't like skinny brows - so I will just have to wait for the other one to grow back. Hopefully the threader was just having a bad day but it's made me wary of trusting them with my face! Until yesterday I would have given Play four or five stars, but I will think twice about returning now.

I was in there last Friday and got some sexy new lashes. They have been done SO well that I even tho I keep pointing out to people that something is new about my face they just cant see it. So now I have long full lashes AND they look real!! I was also really impressed by their professionalism and how well they looked after me considering they were so busy.
