Place is cheap. Been there twice with my child and the place stinks. They should spray the place from top to bottom at the end of every day with glen 20 or something. The workers there sit in a back room most of the time not supervising or serving at counter. Have to ring a bell for them to come out. A lot of rips in the cushions in the maze. Did I mention it stinks. Nearly walked out when we walked in but waited till we aclimatized. My little one said 'daddy it smells in here.
Attended a friends party here, it was stinking hot in there and when I asked if they could turn the air con, the teenager working there told me they can't because it costs too much money. What a joke as they charged almost $500 for an hour and a half party of 18 kids. I'd recommend taking your kids party to Monkey Mania instead and dodging the attitude and poor customer service I received at playmaze narellan
