Tried to get my son into vacation care. Tried to fill the various forms at the play centre, was encouraged to do it online.
Terrible PDF to fill in online (not user friendly at all)
Finally emailed the form back (would have been much easier to do when I was there at Playpanet) asked them to email me back an acknowlegement - heard nothing
Phoned left message - heard nothing
Emailed again - heard nothing
And it's a government registered holiday care centre. Wow.
My littlie loves Play Planet (the only downside is it needs a good scrub!) The biggest appeal is the equipment: lots of choice for smaller tots, imaginative toys & a real bus for kids to play on. If the staff could clean away some of the accumulated grime (immaterial for kids, they love it anyway) I think it'd be a 4+ star centre.
