I had my appointment with Dr Manib. She was very attentive and responsive to my concerns. She was very caring and got to the root of my problem. She is very knowledge and was able to communicate to me how to overcome my problem. Overall I am very happy and impressed with the service that I received. I am fully recovered thanks to her.
I wish I could only rate the doctors because they are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Receptionists have brought down the centres reputation. I didn't know how the reviews were so good on the health engine site, true local speaks the truth.
The Receptionists are always blunt,stuck up and unhelpful. They made me wait 1 HOUR after I already made a booking, they didn't even apologise.
They need to find new Receptionists because they're the only downfall of this place.
Been here over 5 times in the last year. So far the doctors have been great & usually take appointments on time (which is rare with doctors)
However, the reason I'm leaving 1 star is purely based on one of the redeptionists (the older blonde lady). She is extremely rude every time I've been there & ive seen her be rude to several other patients. Has no manners whatsoever.

its happend just today with us and the same person very rude with us even when i proff they do very poor job at reception didn't send result to my family doctor when my doctor contacted them they say we will fax it but didn't happen we vist them and this lady when we explain our story to her and asked why u didn't do your jop propply she start on my and asked me to leave or reported me to thwe security and i asked for manager she said i'm the manager and till us don't come back here again
i write today to complain on the clinic manager name / COLLEEN she extremely very very rude person and she need to learn how to do her job and how she can talk to the people she is the older blonde lady alwayes at reseption, she really didn't deserve to work at this place and in this position
