Can't believe that this man is able to run a business!! Out right the rudest experience I have ever had with any company. Would HIGHLY NOT recommend for anyone to do business with this man/business. It's not OK to treat people with disrespect and think that your above everyone.
Came out and installed a fence, I was not happy with some of the work when they were finished. I called them and asked if they could come back and fix. Well I have never met (Steve) or spoken to such a rude person in my life. My only advice to anyone out there is cheaper does not always mean better. I would never use them again or advise anyone else to.
I was recommended to use Steve and I was a little concerned with some of these reviews. However I very happy to say it was an excellent job. The fence looks great, all the old material removed and area clean and swept. Even reassembled a structure that needed to be re-attached to the new fence.
Highly recommend them.
The section of fencing installed by this company at my premises has since faded terribly; remaining sections installed by another fencing installer have maintained their colour. It appears Plenty Valley Fencing are using an inferior product (manufactured by Gramline) and are charging the premium price. Stay well and truly clear of them.
