Plenty Valley Medical Centre

Please avoid going this medical centre as staff is very rude. I was running late by 10 Mins but staff has no mercy. She was very rude. doctor has no clue as well. I am surprised how they are running this.

I cannot believe the previous review, I would doubt that this person has ever stepped foot in the building let alone the Medical Centre. I have been coming here for over 5 years now, the staff have always been more than helpful and friendly, the Drs very professional and courteous (and some of them funny) my whole family have been here at some time and never had any issues. Best medical centre staff in Melbourne and I have lived in many suburbs over the last 20 years. I certainly hope management are aware of what a great practice they have.

Hopeless!!! Would gladly visit my local vet before seeing a doctor at this clinic. And to top it off, reception staffs are rude!

Fantastic centre... They are open 7 days and I can usually get an appt if I call in the morning or the day before... Heaps of female doctors working each day and a nurse who does all the paps and kiddie shots along with pathology (I wish they didnt have that service!! Hate needles myself, but they are really gentil)... Have all sorts of Gp's; good with kids, and happy to take their time with you if you ask for an extended appt. The reception staff are always delightful and chatty; more than happy to help you out in an emergency or even let you know of new services available at the clinic. The girls are always smiling even after getting a ratty patient!!! Gp's run on time, and Ive never had to wait more that 30 minutes for my regular GP. Plenty Valley Medical Centre hasnt changed much over the last 10 years interior wise and I reckon they still provide the best service possible in that small clinic. Its great to see their growing clinic still manages to provide A1 service!! Thanks again :)
