Disgraceful and rude service. I rang up to enquire about installing an interlock system. I was quoted the non-concession price incorrectly. I called the parent company to confirm the price and was told that they had over-quoted me. I called PLM again and informed them of their mistake and was told they would contact me shortly. After not hearing from them after 3 hours, I called them once again only to be verbally abused by another PLM employee who rudely told me that I should be charged for wasting his time 'after hours (5.15pm)' and hung up on me. I recommend avoiding this company altogether. Terrible!

The installation prices can vary from service centre to service centre and it depends on the type of car that you have and the extra time that the technicians may take doing the installation. That is why we recommend confirming installation prices when booking. The monthly charges are the same for all of our services centres. However, the concession status can only be confirmed after checking your concession number.
