Brad was really good, after a 5 minute chat he knew what the problem was and arranged a time to come and fix.. He showed up within 20 mins of the agreed time, and was quick & efficient... He didn't try to up-sell and was true to his word.. Couldn't be happier, if i have other issues in the future I will definitely call him.
After visiting Mitre 10 MEGA and asking for a reputable plumber around town, one of the guys suggest Brad giving me his business card, also saying he'd done a couple of weeks work with him and that everything is done to 110%.
Well Plugger didn't dissapoint he was on time, and job was done to the 110%, maybe even 200%!!
Had two gas space heaters replaced recently by Brad & Matt who worked diligently and efficiently, notwithstanding some setbacks.
