Wayne agreed to come on the weekend so we paid him half via transfer and we took the dog to the shelter but he never arrived. We tried calling and texting but no answer. He called back on Wednesday and said he would come that weekend. He arrived on Saturday and took the old fence down but never came back on Sunday. We tried to call and text but nothing. He arrived on Sunday with no apology and when I asked why he didn't come back he didn't care. Not worth going with this appalling tradesman.
Very disappointed. Our front fence is not straight, the gates are not straight, the job took 2 months to complete when it should have taken 2 days, communication was poor and fencer was unreliable (rarely turned up when he said he would). We would not use this fencer again and would not recommend them to others.
