Plumb First

I write this review just want to tell you the most terrible experience since I came to Australia. This experience even has ruined my full trust to the Australians (I mean most of the Australians are great and honest, but those definitely not). Around 6 months ago, I asked these guys to solve the tap water leaks of my bath tub. They came but started to find works by themselves. They said My house water pressure was too high, my water heater needed to be serviced and the whole tap needed to be replaced of course. They asked someone else to repair my ceiling as well. At last they charged me $5600 in total including GST. They said I could be a member of them, and what I really got is a member price! Serveral months later of the work finished, I realised I am cheated because I used another two plumbers for some small works and showed them the invoice. The ambulance chasers of the plumbing world!! Came out to fix a broken tap. Used a $5 Bunnings tap and charged over $300 for a half hour job. Then walked through the house asked to use the toilet and then tried to tell me it needed replacing. Put pressure on my elderly mother to agree to their exorbitant prices because she was worried and didn't know what to do. SHAME ON YOU!

Had our air con serviced, we recieved great service, they were on time and talked me through the whole process , easy to deal with and quick service too - highly reccomended :)
We are renting and our landlord was very happy with them too.

Had these guys out to fix a hot water service and they had it repaired pretty quickly, at $450 I thought it was a bit expensive for 30 minutes work, so I called their customer service and was put through to Lisa, who explained why the price was like it was and with the sexiest phone voice I have ever heard, I'd use them again just to complain to their customer service.
4 stars for their service 5 for the customer service

It was a pleasure dealing with the guys working with this company on the relocation of my airconditioning unit.When I was not sure where some of the things were going to fit they came up with quick solution.Due to lack of room in the back of the house it made fitting extremely difficult.In the end job well done, with no mess left.
