Exceptional service. Contact made with Jim Plumbing Customer Service Centre who meet high customer satisfaction. Plumber was booked for the following day to install my dishwasher. Charlie turned up on time who completed works going above his role by drilling through double cupboards to run hosing & replaced waste pipe on my dishwasher which he had not done previously. The cost was high however I didn't mind because the service by Jim Plumbing and politeness of the team is high rating. Thank you

Used Jim's plumbing service for the first time in Sydney. Called them and in 3 hours I had a Charlie from Jim's plumbing to work on my request. He understood the task pretty well, suggested his views of what and how it needs to be done and provide me the quote. In an hour he fixed all what was need. We contacted Jim's Plumbing as our toilet cistern was leaking. We called the 1300 133 509 and the call centre person immediately organised for a plumber to come. Within the hour the plumber came. Even though we did agree on the cost of the job which included the change of the cistern, the cost was a bit high. Conrad did a good job and we would use Jim's services again in the future and would recommend the company to friends and relatives.
