Plumber@Hand

We used Lach at our Bakery when setting up. The place was a mess with non regulation depths of existing pipes and many more issues. Didn't make a fuss just got in completed the work quickly and didn't charge too much. We'll definitely get him back next time.

Completed my first renovation a couple of months ago and used plumber at hand. Lachlan was reccomended to me by a builder friend from Melbourne as I am new to Geelong. Not only was Lachlan punctual and reasonably priced, his work looks great and he was really easy to deal with. He called me to follow up on any issues I had and gave me great advice in areas I had no idea about.
He also reccommended some other trades, carpenter, painter and electrician, who were all great and helped me throughout the reno. Lachlan helped coordinate these trades as I wasnt sure about timing and so forth.
Since the jobs been complete he still answers my calls if i have any queries. Hes even happily come back just to appease my unwarranted concerns about things.
I couldnt reccomend Plumber at Hand more highly. Made an exceptionally daunting task a lot more bareable and less stressfull.

Disappointing. Spoke to lach, told me he'd be around in the morning at 7.30am. Called me at 7.45am to tell me something had come up. I Called back to arrange another time and never heard back from them. Disappointing after the good reviews. Guess the job wasn't big enough.

My company has used Plumber@Hand on every job for the last 8 years. They are one of the most reliable plumbers I have used and would not hesitate in recommending them. Always turned up on time and when they said they would and went about there work with an extreamliy professional and high standard. Well knowledged in his area of trade and honest with what the problem is and how to resolve it. His quotes have always been lower than any other plumbers we've had quote for the same job.

We've used Plumber@Hand over the past few years for big jobs and small and he's been great. Gives sound advice, works through difficult problems and gets the job done. Good bloke too. Couldn't recommend more highly.
