We organised for them to come to our place between 3.30 and 5pm on Wednesday and nobody showed up. We were called at 4.50pm to say that it had been a busy afternoon and could we change to Friday - the person we spoke to was nice and helpful. I said that would be fine and so we organised for someone to come between 3.30 and 5pm on Friday and nobody showed up. This time we didn't even get a phone call and I called them. Again, the person I spoke to was very nice and apologetic but unfortunately we have been messed around twice by these people now. We have rebooked for Sunday - third time lucky. Hopefully the work done will be better than their reliability.
The plumber was a nice guy and seemed helpful. The plumber looked down the pipe (that we had already dug up) and saw the roots that we'd exposed and said try the jetter. The plumber gave that a go for 15 minutes or so but said it was still blocked and quoted us $4000 - $6000 to have it repaired. We were initially charged $450 for that exercise (and our pipes were still blocked) but after some discussions with the company administration who have been very friendly and empathetic about the whole experience, a substantial portion of that was refunded to bring the charge more inline with those that other plumbers had indicated they would have charged for a similar call out (I had done a ring around to some others). So, all in all, not a positive experience for us, but we did appreciate the willingness of the company to make some amends for it all. I'd update to 2 1/2 stars if I could.
it has taken me ages to find the right plumber. this guy came to my place and fixed the problem at half the price compared to the last rip off guy we used. i think this company is awsome and hope everyone here agrees. they came within 1 hour and charged hardly anything. thanks to pd-
Over the past few years I have tried very hard to find myself and family a reliable plumber and electrician. Well I have not found a good electrician yet, but I have finally found a Plumber that is cheap, reliable and experienced. I could not place fault on this company. They were very friendly, like to have a good chat and laugh.My grandson was absolutely taken away by Anthony. He would stand next to him and pass tools (he is only 6 years) Anthony was very good to not let a child bother him whilst working. We are very happy and thankful to Anthony and his crew. Cheap, cheerful and respectful...what more could you want! Gary
