Pricey. Was charged for replacement of taps when in reality they only reattached the old ones. Not being aware of this bill I was referred to a debt collection agency for urgent payment otherwise legal action would be taken (the bill was emailed to my old work email address). I have used Plumbers We Are since early 2012. Being a loyal customer didn't pay off. I had plumbing work carried out after the repair of the taps and not once did they mention I had an outstanding account. It was easier for me to pay the bill then to deal with then again. After payment was made I received a letter from Plumbers We Are thanking me for my co-operation ......mmm
