We were in a hurry and didn't bother doing the normal three quote thing because these guys were locals. Just got them to do it. They were prompt and friendly enough but they were unable to do one job they said they could because of technical difficulties with our toilet. The other job was done well. Their billing system is poor and not detailed enough but upon request they replaced with an itemised account. They were pretty expensive I thought but I do not really know the going rate. I will recommend but get other quotes to make sure you know what you are in for... It cost us money to just get them here to look at the problem.. 0.5 hours times the going hourly rate.
