In for Rego inspection, they add 2 more faults paid for plus front tyre which was ok when
car put in, now half deflated daily, have to put air in daily.....this is second time this has
happen after service at this place....no more.

Went there to fix a minor problem with my car,they ended up doing 3 repairs I did not want, got charged $950.Then they said i still need $1000 worth of more repairs to get it up to scratch. I`d look for somewhere else first.

If it was possible to give this business a minus 10 stars I would. I booked a rego "e-safety test" for 10am showed up at 9.55am ... They kept me waiting until almost 11am before they even looked at my car. They had no other customers waiting and could have easily tended to my booking on time. They took my car out for about 5 minutes and came back claiming that I needed thousands of dollars in repairs before they would pass it. After I mentioned that I felt they were being unreasonable in my assessment they raised their voice at me in the middle of the workshop embarrassing me and speaking in derogatory terms. Needless to say I was shocked and appalled by their reaction. After all of this I took my car to a mechanic around the corner who passed it first go. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!
