Plus Fitness Health Clubs

This has to be the worst gym! The gym is very very small, the range of equipment is very poor, the equipment is not maintained at all and could cause serious injuries. The management is supposed to be a certified personal trainer but from my experience has no more knowledge than the average person, which is dangerous as they could cause you serious injuries. Their head office service is also very poor, they do not deal with your enquirers professionally or take them seriously. They do not return your calls or emails. I don't know how they stay in business but from my experience won't be in business for very long. I highly DO NOT recommend this gym. There are much better gyms in the Rockdale area and surrounding suburbs, you should check them out and don't waste your time or money with Plus Fitness Rockdale.
