Purchased two lounges, one leather approximately 12 months ago and the other 10 months ago in fabric and opted for the scotch guard option to ensure ultimate protection for which the sales representative assured me would provided me years of use and enjoyment, spending just under $9,000 for what I was assured was premiere quality lounges from Plush which carried a 10 year warranty.
The lounge began to have issues with continued feathers exiting lounge and the fabric was wearing poorly creating balls of materials that gathered in areas, in my assessment reflecting poor material or faulty application of scotch guarding.
PLUSH REFUSED TO WARRANT
I have called Department of fair trading in relation to the matter and can only describe my interaction with Plush as bullying and dismissive with total disregard to customer expectations and that of implied quality of the product represent to me by the sales associate upon purchasing
Steep prices, completely inflexible delivery service. We were told we would have to wait till mid-late september to get our couches, now it's mid october and they've only just arrived in their depot. They are incredibly difficult in terms of delivery with equally as limited pickup hours. We have no intention of ever going back and will do our best to warn others against the store.
