This business gets 0 in customer service. We bought a sofa in June 2017, advising them we were building a house and have no space for the furniture yet. The sales person was quick to assure us that they can keep the sofa until we are ready to claim it (around Oct/Nov). We paid downpayment and the rest, we were rild, can be settled when delivered. We even purchased extended warranty for the furniture. Two months down the road, someone from Plush called and demanded we claim the sofa otherwise we will be charged with storage fee. And had the gall to hung up on us. Never again for this store!
