Poco Posy – New tagline - Flowers that cause more trouble than joy.
Highlight from Bec the owner - “Stop getting worked up. It’s only flowers”
I placed an order on Monday morning, asking it to be delivered to my friend on the Tuesday. (Get better soon flowers) I received a paypal notification the order had gone through but no email confirmation or text message (I signed up to text alerts). ...read more
Love the service from Poco Posy and that you can buy the market bunch in lots of different forms. My favourite are the flower pots as they last that little bit longer on your desk. The blooms from these guys do last for a really long time also - i've had a bouquet sitting on my desk for the past 3 weeks. Howzzat for quality?
I only use Poco Posy as they are the best flowers and best people I have ever dealt with in this space. My experience with florists in Brisbane prior to this was tainted and it was a nightmare to try and be romantic spontaneously. They were either not flexible or way to expensive!
Not only do Poco Posy put together beautiful arrangements but they will go the extra mile (which I assure you that you will not get this anywhere these days). Poco Posy also have some simple mens gift ideas that you don't see (or you do but they dont do it as well as Poco Posy).
I wont go anywhere else and neither should you!
Regards,
Kel
I was very unimpressed with the inept customer service provided by Poco Posy when I ordered with them this month. I recieved no confirmation of delivery text, had to ask my Mother-in-law to look for the flowers (there goes the lovely surprise) and they were not left at the BACK door as specified on the order. They were left at the front door, on the hinged side, so when the door was opened up, it squashed the flowers in between the door and the wall. When I queried all this with Poco Posy, I was met with dismissive, tactless responses, all via text. I tried to call to discuss properly but to no avail. I was only offered an apology (still via text) after I stated I'd be taking my business elsewhere in the future. The posy was also uninspiring chrysanthemums.
Sounds like a lot of unreasonable "back door" requests - was the recipient even home - sounds like the planning fell over - not the florist
