Podiatrist - Calamvale

After going to 4 different medical centres this morning in extreme pain and being told to come back in the late arvo, pacific family medical took me in right away! I was so relieved to see a doctor I broke down in tears! I waited 10 minutes. They could sense I was hurting and took appropriate action!

I have been going to this same Dr and same medical centre for a long time and find them to be very very professional, The reception staff are fantastic, able to have a laugh and joke with them as well as them doing their jobs professionally, I will continue to go to this medical centre as it is one of the best I have found and with my history of medical conditions I have been to quite a few Dr's, keep up the good work Pacific Medical

I booked in a appointment to see a doctor I arrived a waited for over 1 hour then the doctor came out and told reception did not want to see me because I was a new patient and to put me in with Dr #2. Well thumbs down to you I will never come to this medical centre again and will tell as many people as I can of what a unprofessional doctor and Medical centre you are, firstly to wait that long then to be told to be moved without being asked to another doctor; people were complaining about the length of time they had to wait for you while I was waiting I say to all those people to go somewhere else!!!!!!!

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this practice simply because there was no where else I could get into but as soon as another one opened up I changed. The staff are beyond rude! The shortest time I ever spent in the waiting area was 45Min's the longest 2hrs. There is a sign in the waiting area that says "if you have been waiting for longer then 30 Min's please let reception know", the one time I did let them know after 1hr of waiting I was rudely told "They cant do anything about it!", Well don't have the sign then. Most, not all, of the doctors are more interested in getting to the next patient then listening to you. There are 2 that I can think of that are lovely but unfortunately I will not continue with them because of the wait and the receiving staff.

I chose Pacific family Medical Practice a couple of years ago when I lived in the Calamvale area. I have always been delighted with the level of friendly professionalism displayed by the Doctors, Nursing Sisters and all of the other staff. The level of health care my children and I have received far surpasses any I have experienced elsewhere. I still attend this practice, even though I've moved out of the area.
