Oh what a lovely house right in the middle of Byron Bay. We had our whole family there - oldies and youngies - a bedroom to suit everybody. It was wonderful so close to town and the beach even the oldies could walk to town. Very, very well set up. Very close to everything. We didn't need anything. Highly recommended. Big flat screen tv and Austar for us, and Wifi for the kids.
