I found their customer services to be terrible. After attending my property and painting the ceiling and leaving all their drop sheets etc it took 3 weeks before they came back to finish the job after a lot of phone calls and emails with no response. When finished they had painted the door shut and missed a few spots on the wall.
Our apologies you were not happy with your service. We take pride in our business and the work we do, and it is unfortunate that you feel this way. It often becomes difficult when a client books in several different trades to carry out work in the same area at the same time. Due to this, we had to change the painting schedule to fit in with your other tradesman. We also did not receive communication that he had completed his portion of the job, rendering the area ready for painting. It was also our understanding that as the property was empty, the presence of our drop sheets would not be an issue- had you let us know, we would have removed them immediately so please accept our apologies for this also. We feel that we responded in a timely manner to any phone calls or emails received, and also offered to have someone meet you on site to go over the completed work. We wish you all the best, and please accept our apologies for your terrible experience.
We have engaged Pohlmann Brothers to undertake a number of renovations including painting, plastering and electrical. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Communication has been excellent, pricing competitive and quality of work is very high. Our painter, Graham, has been very accommodating, patient, reliable and happy to go the extra mile to ensure we've been satisfied with his work. Our electrician, Lee, is a wealth of knowledge and advice. His work is clean, tidy and he takes pride in the finished product. Assembling a chandelier piece by piece, up a ladder 3.5 metres off the ground all day is not for the feint-hearted. Overall, we have found Pohlmann Brothers service to be professional, courteous, timely and competitively priced.
We recently chose Pohlmann brothers to paint the outside of our house. Used the complementary colour consultant who helped pick the colours. Couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Excellent paint job, very clean and tidy and great price. Would definitely recommend them.
