Point Ballina Restaurant

Service was extremely slow. On arrival the staff claimed they didn't have my reservation, then found that it had been crossed out. No apology or even real interest in the issue with reservation. We were told to wait until a table was available. Food was good. View is wonderful - particuarly beautiful at sunset. Our dirty plates sat on the table for a long time. It was hard to catch the waitresses eye to order another wine, so in the end we gave up on that and went elsewhere for dessert and a drink.

Excellent steak and duck main meals. Waitress was a little green. When I asked her to decant a bottle of red, she came out with a terra cotta pot decanter?
