Have dealt with them multiple times in the last 3 years. The service was quite good in the first year, but possibly as they became busier and busier, the quality deteriorated fairly big time. A phone call to them is hardly answered and call back requests are not always entertained. Follow ups to clarify items / calculations on Settlement Statements meet with rather impolite responses.
A very poor experience for us. A lack of communication & lack of guidance from start to finish. They couldn't even get our salutations correct on any of our paperwork. They settled our house in a timely manner and fairly smoothly, however the service in between all of that was considerably poor.
