He looks at common causes as to why someone is either unwell or well and wants to further enhance their health and limit risks associated with ageing. Dean discusses dietary, herbal, vitamins/minerals and lifestyle techniques. He goes into deep understanding why someone is the way they are, or why their health is the way it is and use techniques to overcome this. It is common for Dean to see a 4 month old with some stomach troubles or their first cold or sneeze, all the way up to a 98 year old with Alzheimer?s disease.
