If I can give a negative score I would definitely do so, this clinic has by far the worst and most rude reception staff. Very unfriendly, unaccommodating staff! I booked an appointment at 12nn one time and the reception staff booked me in at 3pm. No apologies whatsoever, when I had to keep on repeating the time I booked myself. They have no customer service at all, I've been there probably 5 times and all the time I would always have issues with rude reception staff taking my appointments and when you get there, there's no acknowledgment or when they are dealing with you. If I'm not on a shared care GP in that clinic, I wouldn't have come back. My GP is fine but the reception staff are the biggest turn offs!!
Horrible experience here, I've been to this clinic 2 times there will not be a 3rd time. Do not recommend this place reception staff is extremely rude.
I just had the same experience with them. My husband made an appointment to see a doctor a week ago and arrived there 15mintues earlier, after waiting for an hour I went to ask the reception staff when my husband would see a doctor, staff was extremely rude. We ended up seeing a doctor after 1hour and 30 minutes wait.
Worst Medical Centre in the area. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait 2 hours past your appointment time. Rude staff. They called to say my sons ultrasound was done, when I arrived in the next day to collect them they had already lost them!
Any good doctors leave after a short time working there.
