Had a great experience with Pollen Florist. Had my wedding recently and the flowers they created were absolutely beautiful. Such a knowledgeable group of people. Would highly recommend them.

Worst experience. My boyfriend sent me 2 dozen roses and unfortunately they were the worst quality roses I have ever received. They didn't look fresh to start with and some had spots on them. After a couple of days they started moulding and they were dead in less than a week. Every time I receive roses, I change their water every second day and cut an inch off the stem. Usually in winter they last up to 2 weeks and they just dry after that. I've never seen roses mould like this. It's not even hot or humid and I never wet the actual flower when changing their water. Called the owner to notify them of the quality of roses and she was very unprofessional and rude.

Beautiful shop disaster to deal with my partner organised a dozen roses to be delivered to my work by 430 still not arrived called them up they were busy would send to home address fine 10.30pm they arrived at night someone poured water on them roses were half dead by the time we got them approached them for compensation not interested. Used to be regular customer not anymore. Overpriced and don't care. Money hungry bunch.
