Polymorph Body Piercing Studio

Was my favourite and most recommended piercing place, and actually where nearly every piercing I have was done (by Bernadette, she's amazing). However the customer service from the owner has actually put me off returning, and we stopped taking posters for our fetish club night there a year or so back due to his rudeness. Shame really.

These guys just don't care. I ordered a replacement part for my piercing in January. They said it would take a week. I phoned and left a message two weeks later - they never returned my call. I called in twice and they just fobbed me off saying they would sort it out and call me. I'm still waiting for the call. I finally bought a whole new one online for far less than they wanted for the part. It was delivered in 2 days. Don't support shops with poor service and inflated prices.

Very clean and professional. However, expensive for jewellery (which you have to buy if using a student discount) and not very friendly.

I'm really happy with my new ears, i had to get them stretched a little as one of my ear lobes was splitting from wearing heavy jewlery over the years.I was really nervous and quite upset when i realised i may never wear earings again. I spoke with Dave and he reasurred me that i would be able to get ear plugs and my ear wouldnt split , he showed me all the pretty colours lots of variety's to choose from. Before this i would not have known i could have saved my ear's and probably would have continued to wear earings that were damaging my lobes. So a really big thank you too Polymorph Body Piercing Studio. I was in and out in no time and the staff are so friendly and helpful they love there job and you can tell how well they treat their customers. I will be going back.

Really clean and professional, friendly staff. Only been here once because i'm not from the area but would definately recommend to people who live around Newtown.
