We were not disappointed one bit - we hired 3 ponies for a 3rd birthday party over the weekend and we would do it all over again.
Animals are unpredictable - the team adapted at every turn when needed.
Children are also unpredictable - again, they adapted and the team were fantastic the whole time.
Value for money when you consider all that is involved in the operation from the staff to the ponies, getting to & from the location - its well priced.

I have seen PFAO in work and they are really kind but I'm not doubting that they can be a bit harsh as that has happened to me when I went to the Atwell Fair one year. I actually did riding lessons and they sometimes did not put the right person on the right horse and I know that for a fact but all in all they are good if you know them already. I don't want to start a fight on here and hope this comment doesn't
I wanted to cancel my booking with them as it seemed they could not provide the service I required, I had advised them I was going with another business and that I found them quite offensive in their recent emails to me and this was their response:
"oh my lord i can not believe your email. There was absolutely nothing to get offended by. Get a life lady. Your the sort we hate to do jobs for. May your new pony provider have a great party with you. I am NOT in this business to deal with awful emails like yours..."
They haven't stopped emailing me since then as I don't think they can take no for an answer, they keep sending emails with customer feedback from previous customers.
I'm so sorry about that I didn't expect them to do that and no I'm on their side or on anyone's I just didn't expect them to do that
