Poochies Parlour

I was late for an appointment lAst week and was told by the girl that I would have to pay the full price for a groom and pre pay for the next groom. I accepted and paid both fees although I thought paying full price for the late fee was excessive, Especially considering the staff member told me they were not that busy at the period because of the cold snap and people were not shaving their dogs as much as usual. I dropped my dog off on the next appointment in time and He was collected by a staff member who was friendly but didn’t say anything. I received a phone call at 3pm saying that because I didn’t pick up my dog I would be fined a $25 fee for daycare.. when I said that it was ridiculous the girl on the phone said it was explained to me when I dropped my dog off, that was a total lie. This lady offers the best service in Cairns she always does a fantastic job and she loves all her clients ie...... Dogs! She is friendly helpful and very caring My dog loves to go for her haircut and grooming. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We are regulars here because they provide a fantastic value service. Our mini schnauzer gets a great cut and smells sweet for days afterwards. Highly recommended!

My dog is always very happy after his visit at the Palour he always comes home nicely groomed and the staff are very friendly will definately go back to this store.
