My partner and I have been to many Chinese restaurants since we moved to Geelong, so many horrible meals, one on Pakington even gave us microwave reheated food... Disgusting!
Well Poon's and Wong was a wonderful breath of fresh food and friendly service, something that sets this place apart from other restaurants is that you can actually see them cooking and preparing your meals.
Its not unlike a Fish N' Chip shop, pretty badly presented however the services more than makes up for this, Here's hoping they re-invest some of the cash flow into a new fit out and take their place as THE Chinese restaurant in Geelong.
Will visit again and again!
