The start of my experience was possitive,he took our order with a smile, the thing I found a little off putting was he called me "mate" instead of sir, I surpose he was tying to sound "aussie", we gave him an order for 2 couples spending approx $55 in total, upon serving our orders called me "mate serveral times again, still off puting but acceptable no matter what nationality. Order was wraped up in 4 different packs, Grilled fish was cooked well & tasted good, chips where burnt, the sea food selection burnt & cooked in oil that should have been discarded long, long ago, that was not fit for human consumption, even the sea gulls rejected it on offer as we threw it in the bin, suggest "MR Popeye" go to TAFE - get cooking lessons and lessons in food Safety & Hygene. I love this place! The service is quick and friendly, it's great value for money and good when you're in the mood for some old fashioned fish and chips.
Yuck, overpriced, burnt chips and very, very slow service. Will never go back. They might be better off at an indian takeaway perhaps.
