I love this spot's confident Southern Italian focus, with dishes like Sardinian Fregola ($27/$35) resplendent with perfectly cooked cuttlefish, calamari, prawns and mussels, and topped with a generous helping of bottarga. In recent times desserts have really improved here too, like the spherical Coconut Panna Cotta ($17) which is a showstopper, cracked open tableside to reveal hidden mango purée.

We also shared some pizza bread which was delicious as well, very light and thin. For mains I had a white rabbit ragu which was devine. Others had the slow cooked lamb which was so good they wouldn't share, and a hare ragu which was the special and equally amazing. We shared a bottle of Italian red which came in very large wine glasses and was very nice. For dessert we shared the flourless chocolate almond torte which was simple and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The service was great as well with our Italian ...read more
