Port Phillip Pizza & Pasta

They make nice pizza BUT,
For some reason can never get our order right.
Every time we ask for NO BBQ sauce and Mild salami on our meat lovers they actually try to convince me to have BBQ sauce.
Once, the staff even called me boring because I wanted tomato.
Somehow we always end up with BBQ sauce! They completely ignore our pleas for tomato only and tonight put some BBQ sauce on top anyway. AND hot salami.
Plus we ordered an hour ahead for pick up at specific time and when hubby arrived they had forgotten to put it in the oven.
So dinner was late, and then, the kids couldn't eat it.
It's a shame because everyone likes the pizza there, but the fact that they refuse to make a meat lovers without putting BBQ sauce and mild salami on it so our kids can eat it, means we won't be going back.
Lots of chances given to fix the problem and no joy.
So back to the drawing board we go :(

Ive lived in the area for over a year n it that time ive been searching for the best pizza i can find..and out of the ten or so places port phillip is the only place that understands how a pizza should b...quality toppings always generous topings...if u order a chicken pizza they only use real breast chicken but regardless of what u order ur always satisfied..is it the best pizza shop the answer is no but yes it is.miles better than anywhere else around.here highly recommended
