Port Stephens Ferry Services

The half a star is for getting us there safely but ultimately abonanding us in Tea Gardens. I have never dealt with management who have such little regard for customer service. We were expecting to get the 5pm ferry home, which we were told was running and is as on their timetable. This did not run. Instead of apologizing, helping with the solution or offering a refund instead they blocked our calls, wouldn't respond to our messages and continually told along the way it was our own fault. We eventually got a response via email and where told "I do not understand why you don't understand this" and "[we] are not a scheduled public transport service therefore we can and do cancel tours". I will not be using the port Stephens ferry again nor recommending it to anyone.
