Make sure you do your property condition report very thoroughly and take lots of pictures when renting from them as they tried to make me pay for pre existing issues after I had vacated the property.
Had every excuse not to return my bond.
Ignored my emails.
Definitely don’t recommend.
Renters avoid this real estate. They are very quick to chase up late payment and be ridiculously picky with inspections. For example a wash cloth and spray bottle in the laundry sink was asked to be removed during inspection. Beanbag on floor was to be removed also. I was threatened with a reinspection fee due to this. They are also very slow to fix any issues at your property and then contractors attend without prior arrangement. Highly disatisfied.

These guys were fine at the start when we had our original property management, once this changed and we got a new property management things went downhill from there on. Our new property management we found to be very rude and somewhat abusive.
We decided to not re-new our lease at the property and after that it actually got worse, the way in which we had been spoken too was rude and disrespectful.
We were always on time with our rental payments even though when asked for the property to be repaired it was never done, we actually had to fix numerous things ourselves. After these last few weeks I for one would not recommend this company at all.
