This is one of the stranget internal layouts you will find of any shopping centre in the southern hemisphere. the car park has so many poles to hit. the range of shops is average at best and without the woolworths this place would not survive. they are currently building units on top of the complex, so suspect that business will pick up for the shop owners when this is finished
