Portside Cruise & Airport Parking

Highly recommend. We have used a few times now and always helpful and professional. I use a mobility scooter and this never presents a problem, they help to load and unload it cheerfully.

Portside Parking makes it easy with their online booking service, reasonable rates and close proximity to the cruise terminal. Even when travellinbg to the airport fantastic, efficient and very friendly service . Keep up the good work

We were gping on a cruise so it made sense to check out portside Parking because of their proximity to the terminal. I am really pleased we did becauwe of their great online servcie and efficient processing when we dropped off and picked up the car.

This is the 3rd time we have used Portside Parking, and as usual we normally get our car back in the exact same condition we left it in. Although this time I did notice a one strand spider web growing from the front dash on the inside of my car, which I thought was interesting. But it wont become an issue until we get bitten by a spider, so hopefully that never happens. The online booking service, is fast, simple & efficient, and we are sent our booking time and pick up map via email, which is very helpful. When we arrive at their office, their customer service and shuttle drivers are friendly helpful and efficient. They also give us a courtsey call when we arrive back from our trip, to let us know the shuttle is on its way to pick us up. This has been our experience the 3 times we have used this service and are happy to keep using it. It was our first cruise and so first time using Portside Cruise and Airport Parking. I have used many airport parking facilities however Portside has to be amoung the best. Great communication, instructions and customer service. Would definately recommend them to everyone and will be using them again hopefully in the near future. Thank you Portside.
