what a disaster that place is! Easy to find...NOT. TV ad says Cheltenham real address Albert Park.?? what's that about? Judging by the construction site maybe they're moving it across the road? wondered around and looked at some cars , nobody came and helped me. Some cars were locked and some were dirty and scratched up. too hard so I left.
Very unhappy with customer service and the total disregard for making me feel at ease. Didn't bargain over price, basically told me that was the price take it or leave it. Left in a very bad mood... however I found a better car at a different dealership for less $$$$!!!!
seems I'm not alone, c**p service and poor experience, Was the place a half finished work in progress? rubble everywhere and step hazards at every turn. With Mitsubishi not being number one in the market place , you'd think they would at least make their dealerships look right. Maybe they are trying to match the rest of Port Adelaide, half finished.
