At Posh Pets Grooming, one of the main aims is to keep your Pet as relaxed as possible. Most Pets are not caged. Cage doors are left open for the pet that likes to be alone, or a bed in the corner. Just like a little Doggie Day Care, were they even get a Full Face Massage when they have their Bath.

Poor customer service. Only called the day before to arrange grooming as my usual groomer was unable to call out due to sickness. I was surprised I was able to get a booking on such short notice so booked in. Dogs were clean however came back to pick them up to find them in a small cage locked together due to a misunderstanding on pick up times. May or may not have been the clients fault however your office hours state 4pm close time and the fact that you are unable to confirm exact pickup times you should allow for some breathing time. May be a one off but will not be a returning client. Dogs we rattled and god only knows how long they were locked away for. Not a good way to treat a potential regular client who is dropping off their adored pets. Mobile services are the way to go.
I have no record of a Peter on my books. Dogs are only placed in cage when the owner is texted that pet is ready for pick up. Think about it when your pet has to stay @ the vet, do they put them all in a play pen? you say i am open until 4pm! Sorry, I close well before. Sorry you had a bad experience. But as i said i have no memory of a new clienat were both dogs in the same cage. If you had a problem you should of said something to the person that
