I go here all the time when traveling through stawell. it's a gorgeous little shop. I don't know what Food Critic means, it's fast and friendly service, good and inexpensive food! when I've had fish here I've found it to be quite fresh, and I've never got a bone. sure, I've had better fish, but for a town hundreds of kilometres away from the ocean, and 3-4 hours away from the city (where I presume he purchases his fish) I think he's doing a mighty fine job! order a burger with the lot next time you go, they're tops!!

The food was insanely bad! Batter was tough and rubbery, fish tasted old, potato cake looked and tasted like it had been dropped on the floor and left there for a month.
Best part of my meal: The part where threw it in the bin and performed an exorcist on it.
Worst part: The heart attack and violent diarrhoea that is sure to follow.
