Absolutely terrible agents to rent through, no customer service (or personalities) at all from the team at Camp Hill. As an owner I would also not want them to rent my home. Numerous times they tried to cover up an issue with the air conditionener rather than fix the problem. Terrible communication on exiting also and tried to delay the return of the bond for as long as possible. Also charged us more than double our usual water usage on exiting which also is double the amount we currently get charged even with topping up a pool! Think twice renting with these people.
The team at Position One are very proactive in ensuring the property is maintained and that leases are renewed with an appropriate (but not extortionate) rent increase. You are also able to maintain a balance between taking responsibility for day to day management and referring to us for confirmation on larger issues. Spencer and I have other investment properties (unfortunately not in Brisbane!) and they require significantly more investment of our time due to what I believe is poor property management and lack of communication by the real estate agents. Given the trend these days towards lack of customer service, I just wanted to make sure great service is recognised!
