Positive Families is a boutique positive psychology clinic for children, adolescents, adults and couples. We provide a high standard of psychological support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, separation and divorce and expertise in parenting and step-family issues.

We are up to date with the latest research and specialise in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and utilise additional therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (ITP).
