I first called this company when my house lost power to almost all of it's power points on Friday afternoon. I have a large fridge and a deep freezer so I worried about everything going off. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful and the electrician that attended was very professional and reassuring. He got my power points back up and running before anything could go off and also helped me with my smoke alarms after he saw that I had one hanging from the ceiling. He informed me of all the new laws and I approved for him to update my smoke alarms because I have 2 small kids. What a great guy! So full of knowledge!! I would highly recommend this business.
We had Positive Power Australia come out to one of our factories in Archerfield after production stopped because of an unknown electrical fault and all power was out. They got out right away and got us up and running. While onsite, we also scheduled return works for new lights and power points in our office. I felt the price was very competitive (we'd gotten other quotes) and the service was great. I would recommend these electricians for factory and office works. Great job and thanks again.

MAKE SORE YOU ASK ABOUT THE HOURLY RATE AFTER THE CALL OUT! Unbelievably expensive and was never disclosured until the final bill was almost $900 for 2 hours.

In future we will not only verbally advise customers of our rates for after the initial 1/2 hour on site but will be sending out automated messages to our customers to save any confusion. What a fantastic experience dealing with this business. On time, professional, best customer service, work carried out was exceptional. I dont always review but felt I had to.
My experience with this company started one Saturday afternoon, when we lost power. Long story short, I called 4 different after hours businesses and Positive Power answered my call on the first ring!!!! They came out resorted power in no time. I organized them to come out and install new lights and fans the following week, they were on time, conducted the job neat and tidy and left the place spotless.
