Pot Black Family Pool & Snooker Centres

It was a lovely Saturday night and it was dinner in Northbridge to celebrate a birthday, after dinner a friend suggested we play some pool. Ok so it's off to Pot Black northbridge, we played for a little over and hour and when we finished up our experience on the establishment was absolutely shattered by the staff behind the counter. The customer service or lack of was totally unacceptable, I have never felt so shocked and angry that anyone would want to run a business and treat customers like that. We were not drunk as we're non drinkers, not loud or abusive just enjoying our evening, but all we received was a roll of the eyes, a sigh, told that we were wrong when asking a question, treated like a second class citizen and looked down upon.



So as such I shall never be utilising the services of this establishment for any of my functions and or friend and family entertainment.

Not a place to take kids as it is licensed venue and can get quite rowdy. Great place for adults to meet
