Such a beautiful store. There's hardly an item I didn't wish to buy. Especially the dinnerware, just found the colours to be a bit limited in the style I preferred. I only walked out with a few lovely tea towels however. Prices were even more reasonable in the sale.

A really lovely shop to browse around but they don't hold much stock even of the smaller items so you have to order online and pay delivery. Still well worth a visit but I just wish they sold all the products the US stores sell.

Wish they had even a fraction of the products they have in the overseas stores. They're unable to special order the US stock, and back order the things they are meant to carry. Very disappointing. If you're awaiting a PB opening near you, don't hold your breath - it's nothing like what you're expecting.

The Bondi Junction store is basically a showroom only - it has no stock of anything. When I arrived there to purchase a children's rug they literally had 2 rugs rolled up in a corner. The shop assistant I spoke to wasn't very helpful and just suggested I go to the online store. Again, the online store had a tiny selection and no rugs were in stock. I ended up ordering a rug on backorder via the online store which estimated delivery in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I received an automated email saying my rug was out of stock and was on back order for another 3 months. When I contacted customer service to find out what had happened to it, they claimed they didn't know. I attempted to get a supervisor to get in contact with me, but this request was ignored. Don't waste your time shopping here - the products are simply not available and the customer service is a disgrace.
