TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!
I took my wedding dress here to get altered, which to be honest I can't fault the alternations, however, they got a long blue pen mark on my $4000.00 wedding dress!!! They tried to dry clean it out but couldn't do so and didn't want to try further as they were worried it would damage the dress more before my wedding day. All they could offer at first was a free dry clean! I said that was not enough and after weeks of battling I was given a measly $220.00. So basically I have to wear a damaged wedding dress now on my wedding day and if I want to resell it, the value has already gone down by at least half the price.
I am all for small business but I fail to want to support a place that has such poor customer service. I highly recommend taking your dry cleaning and alternations somewhere else!

I've been coming here to get my shirts cleaned for nearly a year now, and they've always provided very high quality service. The shirts have always come back perfectly clean and I've never had any issues with damaged buttons etc. The staff are extremely friendly, too. Highly recommended!
Drop my shirts in on a Friday evening, they're ready to pick up by Saturday afternoon! In an area that is full of busy, professional people and queens you'd expect that the amount of Handley-Jacob's handed into the poor laundromat would swamp it but they are on top of things and always on time. Excellent service and reasonable rates!
You have to ask for a tax receipt though. Impressed with their opening hours too.
