Our dedicated and highly trained team at POW Martial Arts Australia are focused on delivering traditional Tae Kwon-Do and practical Self Defense and Martial Arts Classes.

Our Martial Arts programs are suitable for men, women and children of all ages and all levels of ability from Beginner to Black Belt.

From Traditional Korean Taekwondo, grappling to Mixed Martial Arts, we also teach a range of other self defense techniques by using elements from a variety Martial Arts Genres. You'll get a full body workout with our fitness drills, and will always be striving to achieve the next level. You will be motivated & move keenly through the ranking system.

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. TAEKWON-DO MEANS THE WAY OF THE HAND & FOOT. In Korean, tae means to strike or break with foot; kwon means to strike or break with fist; and do means way,method, or art. Thus, taekwondo may be loosely translated as the way of the foot and fist or the way of kicking & punching.
