had my annual service done. as usual the service department did the service and fixed up a few issues i had with the car. car has never felt so good. excellent job and they even cleaned my car inside and out. dealt with colin and chetan and both were excellent.
good service is hard to find but i have found it with the service department at power ford.
i purchased a second hand 2009 xr6. i also opted to pay extra to have the windows tinted and have the diamond glaze put on to protect the paint. i was contacted a week later to book it in to have the extras done. i was told it would take about 3 hours, fine. on the appointment day i arrived only to be told that they hadnt booked it in with whom ever they do it with and that i would have to bring it in another time. when i take a day off work i dont get paid as i am a contractor, so there was almost $300 down the drain for the day. when i returned it for the second time, i was told it would take all day, so there i was stuck about 50 or more kilometers from home with no car for an entire day while it rained and ofcourse another $300 out of pocket. job was done. i hadnt had the car for 6 weeks before i was stranded on my first saturday off in months with my 15 month old daughter in the car in the heat no air conditioning, i called the dealership immediately who told me the ...read more
Absolutely terrible service and repairs. My car has been in and out of their repairs, four times now, $2,100 later and the problem isn't solved and they basically told me to go away, they have fixed the problem (they haven't!). Every time I talk to them there is another excuse about whats wrong and why they can't help me. Shocking and disgraceful. Please don't go here unless you have money and time to waste!
